Announcing Moderators & Super Moderators for MM
Dear All
We have re-launched our site 2 weeks back glad to see the overwhelming response and support from all of our old members and the newly joined members.
As the site is growing, time has reached to assign Moderators and Super Moderators for our forum for the smooth functionality.
Taking into consideration the overall activity in the forum, sincerity and dedication to our community, we had selected the following staff members to lead the row.
More staff members will be added as we grow !!!
New Moderators
Mods has been assigned each section for which they will be responsible for any kind of activities. Mods has got the rights to edit / delete a thread if it violates the forum rules and procedures. Initially each Mod has been assigned 4 sections to start off with. As we add more staff, it will be more streamlined. More info about Mods responsibilities and tasks will be put up later.
Basic Responsibilities:
Be Active in the forum, especially in the sections you are moderating
Keep posting interesting and innovative threads in your section and also in other sections
Encourage new members to read your thread and make new threads
Maintain your section and keep the forum clean from any spams or junks
Listen to your superiors (Super Mods / Admin Team)

Super Moderators
Super Moderators as the name suggests they are above the Moderators, and they have complete control over the forum.
Super Mods has the rights to revert a decision made by Mods in any of the section.
Like we had before, we will be having 2 Super Mods initially

Super Mods are selected based on your performance as a Moderator and appropriate promotions will be given.
Congratulations to all New Staff Members and we expect to have you all work together to make this forum the best of all.
Note: Section wise permissions and other facilities will be added shortly. As a Staff Member, you will be able to see the Board Room, which is exclusively for MM Staff Members.
IMP: ANY CONCERNS OR DISPUTES REGARDING MODS, SUPER MODS, PERMISSIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES etc SHOULD BE POSTED IN THE BOARD ROOM
